Allergies, Intolerances

Please inform us if you have any allergies or intolerances, so that we can react accordingly.

For most events during the meeting, business casual dress will be suitable . The opening ceremony is a festive event and therefore more formal attire would be fitting. During the Bavarian Evening, we encourage the participants to wear national dress; typically a dirndl and lederhosen for the Germans. And during the boat trip to Mainau Island casual attire is fitting. 

Please also note that walking in and around the old town is often on cobblestoned streets and, therefore, we recommend sturdy, comfortable shoes.
