How to Support

Our goal is to enable promising young scientists, regardless of their nationality or gender, to have access to the network of the scientific elite who gather every year in Lindau.

The participation fee for a young scientist (including boarding & lodging in Lindau) amounts to a total of € 2.500. This lump sum only covers part of the total meeting costs. The Foundation Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings is able to cover the remaining amount by third party funding and its own endowment. With your support students and young scientists, e.g. from developing countries without institutions able to bear the expenses, get the chance to participate in the Lindau Meetings.

The foundation is grateful to the generous benefactors who help ensure the Mission Education. Every contribution – be it individual or business donations to the endowment – is vital for us to foster the invaluable exchange between Nobel Laureates and young scientists.

Thank you for choosing to support the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings.

Thanks are due to the Council and the Foundation for calling attention to the special significance of this undertaking to Europe as a seat of research, and naturally to Germany as well.
