ONline Participation in the lindau meetings 2022
#LINO22 and #LINOecon as online events
After two years with online activities the 71st Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting and the 7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences will take place as onsite events for most of the invited young scientists/economists who will meet the Laureates in Lindau. Nevertheless, with the pandemic going on in some parts of the world/due to pandemic precaution for the indoor event, several groups will take part in the meeting digitally:
- Young scientists/economists who are not able or do not want to travel because of the pandemic.
- Invited guests who are not able or do not want to travel because of the pandemic and have registered via our forms.
- Teachers who were invited online as our programme “Teaching Spirit” is postponed for another year and have completed the registration form.
- Accredited media representatives.
Everybody eligible to one of these groups will receive an e-mail in good time before the start. In this e-mail you will find all the information needed to register for the event platform where the online edition of the meeting will be held. The platform works quite intuitively and guarantees a quickly understandable use.
What Does Online Participation Mean?
The Lindau team looks back on two years of experience with online activities. As in recent Lindau events, online participants cannot only follow the presentations but also have the chance for interaction and exchange.
There will be tools to submit questions to the Laureates, occasions to exchange with other young scientists and even with Laureates.
Some of the social formats will also be broadcasted and one of our moderators will convey as much live impression from the “Inselhalle” as possible.
Interested in the meeting programme but no invitation for online participation? Just follow the public sessions of the meetings in our livestream which will start automatically on our homepage or on our livestream page.
