Closing of the 71st Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting

The 71st Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting came to an end on 1 July 2022 with the Panel Discussion “The Diversity Challenge”

With the final panel discussion “The Diversity Challenge” and the closing ceremony the 71st Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, dedicated to Chemistry, came to an end. It was the first meeting that could take place on site since 2019.

The last day of the meeting brought the traditional excursion to Mainau Island. After an inspiring week with a lot of personal encounters between Nobel Laureates and young scientists from all over the world, Countess Bettina Bernadotte said goodbye to the participants. The young scientists leave Lake Constance as Lindau Alumni. The next Lindau Meeting takes place in August focussing on economics. In 2023 the natural sciences discipline is Physiology/Medicine.
