The conference management department (currently three staff members) is responsible for numerous organisational aspects of the conference, including inviting speakers, supporting the programme design, planning and implementing various events (on-site, online and hybrid), hotel management, booking and equipping conference venues, event technology, catering, logistics and managing numerous service providers.
