Watch the full video of the Australia-hosted Science Breakfast on women in science that took place this summer during #lnlm14. Our friends from the Australian Academy of Science have recently uploaded the whole event on their YouTube channel. The Science Breakfasts at the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings are discussion sessions hosted by our academic partners or sponsors. These sessions often cover specific scientific topics in detail and usually feature an interesting panel of participants who come from diverse backgrounds. The participants from left to right are: Moderator Adam Spencer, comedian, radio host, book author and science entertainer, Elizabeth Blackburn, 2009 Nobel Laureate in physiology or medicine, Suzanne Cory, molecular biologist and immediate past president of the Australian Academy of Science, Emma Johnston, distinguished marine biologist and Brian Schmidt, 2011 Nobel Laureate in physics. With this Australian all-star team of science assembled an exciting and (of course) amusing discussion was bound to take place.
