Renewed Support for Bog Protection in Lindau District

For the second year in a row, the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings are supporting the bog protection in the Lindau district: 7,500€ could be handed over today to Michaela Berghofer, Managing Director of the Landschaftspflegeverband Lindau-Westallgäu.

The sum came about through donations from Lindau citizens and companies during the „Grill & Chill“ event at the 69th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting. Donations from young scientists and Nobel Laureates were added before the Lindau Meetings themselves increased the amount. There is also a chance that the volume of donations can be multiplied with funds from the Bavaria 2050 climate protection program.
