Daily Recap – Monday, 27 June 2022
Today, #LINO22 offered plenty of options for lively exchange, fruitful discussions and fun social events. The day was kicked off by two partner breakfasts, followed by the Nobel Laureates‘ lectures and Agora Talks. Later, young scientists and Nobel Laureates had the opportunity to interact even closer in the Open Exchange sessions and Science Walks. During our Next Gen Science sessions young scientists took centre stage and presented their own research to the audience. At this very moment, the International Get-Together hosted by the United Kingdom concludes the day.

Our blog post of the day deals with trust in science and especially trust in chemistry. On the basis of yesterday’s Panel Discussion, science writer Ben Skuse outlines the positions of yesterday’s panellists on how science needs to evolve in order to strengthen society’s trust in science.
