Vanessa Graber

#LINO19 young scientist Vanessa Graber is a theoretical astrophysicist who studies neutron stars. Working at the interfaces of astronomy, astrophysics, and condensed matter physics, she is particularly passionate about interdisciplinary science that uses novel approaches to answer open scientific questions. Vanessa greatly enjoys teaching physics and mentoring young scientists to thrive in the academic environment. In addition, she is enthusiastic about communicating science and engaging the general public to show that science can be fun and relatable.
