Anna-Christina Eilers

I am a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Astronomy in Heidelberg, Germany, in the ENIGMA-Group of Joe Hennawi. The research of the group focusses on analyzing the Lyman-alpha absorption lines in spectra of distant quasars and galaxies to study the properties of the intergalactic medium and the associated large-scale structure of the universe. I am a member of the International Max-Planck Research School (IMPRS) for Astronomy at the University of Heidelberg. I am also working as an Outreach Fellow at the "Haus der Astronomie" - Center for Astronomy Education and Outreach (HdA).
