How often is the Nobel Laureate Meeting held in Lindau?

The Lindau Meetings in natural sciences take place annually by the end of June. The scientific disciplines of physics, chemistry and medicine/physiology alternate. The 2009 Meeting will be dedicated to chemistry.

Every five years, interdisciplinary meetings are held - the next one in 2010 on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings. Interdisciplinary meetings compass all three natural sciences.

In addition, meetings in economic sciences are held every three years. In the late summer of 2011, holders of the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel will be invited to Lindau.
